Please Help me install this Theme

I have tried everything I can think of to get this theme installed http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread...013#post872013. I have all the changes for s2u2 done and that worked fine, but even though I see these files in my Device/Windows folder, the theme does not change. I think maybe they are not truly overwriting the original files, I guess, can someone please help if you can.

if there cabs try using diamond tf3d config

ok disable tf3d then open total comander & copy paste into windows when asks replace yes then reset turn on tf33rd

Actually I do not have tf3d I have tf2d, if you click the link I posted to the theme I am trying to install it will be a little more clear.
