This would be nice, but who knows if it will come to WM, it gets kind of old, their is not much in the way of app support for WM. I am basically trying to decide between 2 different phones for my next one. Neither of them being WM.

doesn't really matter. companies will just start changing their prompts. they spend lots of money on phone systems / programming to direct callers to the right dept. granted some companies abuse it, but they really are designed to provide better/faster service.
