Opera normally releases products based on US time and not their time, so it would be more likely to be released at 8am eastern time vs there time.

Although I see right now all of their servers are down at the moment, both the website and ftp site.

I'm just waiting until midnight est - if it's not posted I'll just wait until morning. Just noticed Opera.com is back up, but nothing appears to have been updated (yet).

When it's released it'll probably be located here:
ftp://ftp.opera.com/pub/opera/winmobile/

so keep checking that.

Opera normally releases products around 8 or 9am eastern time (plus or minus an hour or 2), as it would be mid afternoon their time.
