SportyPal - GPS tracking application

I started using Sportypal couple of days ago, it seems to be very interasting application, just need to have GPS on the phone. www.sportypal.com/community It works on every type of phone. Very organized web page. Easy to upload the information and it gives full info about the position, movement, distance, average speed and calories burned. Simply amaizing and it's free. =D>

Re: SportyPal - GPS tracking application

Hi Mikeliius,

Thanks for Sportypal info. The app is great on my TyTN II. Design and simpicity of using it are great. My TyTN is heavy for running but i made holder for my bicycle and it's perfect. Solution for battery saving is clever, first two minutes is on, after it is off, when I click the lock button i've got 30sec on to check the time, distance, speed and calories or position on the track....

So far the best app for sporting...

I didn't find the time to check the web, but registration is from the phone and it is very easy...

Re: SportyPal - GPS tracking application

Nice find! Quite nice for a free app. I use Run.GPS personally for the voice output. I like that this app is so clean with web integration all for free. Will give it a go.

Re: SportyPal - GPS tracking application

Thanks Mike for bringing this over, I tried it twice and the interface, the simplicity is really amazing. The upload is flawless.....I assume Sportypal uses iternet to get its first lock, can anyone confirm? I am asking coz i would like to put it on a Mogul w/o service.
I used it on TP, got the lock, put it in my camel pack, finished the run, uploaded ,all was cool

Gr8 job for a first post, welcome and thxx
