2. uninstall default im selector
3. soft rest
4. reinstall Default Im Selector (found in post 1)
5. reinstall pcm keyboard 10
6.soft reset
7. start/progams/im selector ----> select PCM Keyboard
8. start/settings/input ----> select PCM Keyboard
9. soft reset
10. start/settings/input ---> make sure still pcm keyboard is still selected
11. tap the sip keyboard ----->tap the little arrow ---> choose PCM keyboard

i know thats a pain in the ass but it worked for me
