The touch works just fine with WMwifi, I use mine online every day.

There is a new version of WMwifirouter that was just released today, it cures all the problems we where having.

I have been using a beta version of the new release for a few weeks & it works perfectly.

PS3's do not support AD-HOC connections so they will never work with a program like this. This is not the fault of the software, but rather an inability of the PS3 to use this type of connection.

I tested AD-HOC connection on a 360 a while back, and it works flawlessly. and you're not supposed to post the cab here, but the link would be nice before we get a letter of legal action from the developers of the software.

Sorry, I didn't realize I had done anything wrong.

The cab I posted was not warez, it wouldn't have done anybody any good without a working paid for reg key/serial number. Anybody can DL the exact same cab I posted right from the WMwifi site.

I paid for the program myself & it is worth every penny IMHO. The newer paid versions are far better than the earlier versions that are freeware.

I understand where you're coming from, but we have to protect ourselves from any legal action under any circumstances, and the link to the software is very much more appropriate, so here it is...

I'm not really sure I understand how providing a trial cab, or a link to a trial cab are not exactly the same thing but you're the boss -I'll keep that in mind for the future.... ;-0

Re: WMwifi router -new version posted

Hey I just got the trial of WMwifirouter, and am having problems. It installs perfect, but when I go to try and get the wifi to work it shows that it's connecting. I've used Adhoc networks for file tranfer for PC so I know that my computer can use them. What am I doing wrong? Any advice, can somone point me in the right direction?

Re: WMwifi router -new version posted

not sure what I'm doing wrong, I use my laptop and usb to tether with no problem, I thought using this I could bypass the cable and still get connectined with my laptop, but when I get everything up, the phone doesn't show up as a wireless connection on my laptop..

any ideas

Re: WMwifi router -new version posted

Dumb answer maybe but make sure you have the wifi switch ON from your phone if it has one.
