command line ftp?

I've been looking for a ftp program that can be used by command line... unable to find one. What I'm trying to do is when I download a file with a certain extension it is sent to my home computer right away. Easiest way I can figure is ftp, it's just kind of a pita right now doing everything manually. Any help would be appreciated.

You didn't look too hard. Try "ftp" at the windows command prompt.
