Nice! Been using hComber to change the icons but being able to rearrange the menu is great. How I've been doing it was via activesync connection through windows explorer, reordering and copying it. Friggin hassle if you start installing new apps after you ordered the icons.

Black orb icons attached, also included matching wallpaper. I can't take credit for any of it, its all from a theme showaco installed on his ipod touch called HI-Tech....enjoy
