Photo Contacts Pro SMS Tones?

for some reason lately, at random times, the sms tones function of my Photo Contacts Pro 5.11 just stops working....everything else works fine, just all my sms tones revert to default sound.....has anyone else had this problem, and if so, how did u rectify it? on a soft reset, things go back to normal, at least for a while, and then they revert again.....

Mine never does that!! I have it on my TP and my girlfriend has it on her diamond.
