Voice Caller ID? Need help

is it possible to have all incoming phone voice caller id, like the Sprint Samsung Instinct?

Microsoft Voice Command, its included on Touch Pro, but there is a Registry Edit needed to make it work properly, if you search there should be multiple threads on it.

HKCU\ControlPanel\Sounds\TTSAnnounce\Category
change from VoiceCommand1 to Ring

HKCU\ControlPanel\Sounds\TTSAnnounce\Script
change from as5p to v0p (that's v-zero-p) - for vibrate & ring, or p (ring only)

What's suppose to happen once you make these registry edits? Is the phone instead of ringing suppose to speak the name of the person calling over the ringer? I set it up under voice command to "Announce notifications through device speaker or wired headset only" and unchecked Only during free time and nothing different happens when an incoming call is received, only rings.

There is a service called Callwave. that offers Visual Voicemail. I use Dashwire and I believe it's offered with that service. Never used it though. Don't know if it's free.
