Help changing the Start Menu name

it was difficult at first, there are many threads about this. You have to take a file from your machine and plac on your desktop. Then unsign it using another program. The edit the file after unsigned with another program. Then resign file and replace in original spot. There is alot of threads or one or 2 that are very useful. Take care.
