I was using funambol sync tool on my pc and my mobile phone for a year or so. I was using it to sync my calendar only. I did not even use the scheduleworld web interface. I just received an email that they are now going to charge $35 a year for the service and thanked me for using it. I decided to move to google calendars. You can configure active sync on your phone to sync with google calendars, contacts, and email. You can download a google calendar sync tool and install it on your pc and it will sync your outlook calendar with google calendars. The service seems to be just as good and its free.
Here is the link on how to setup Active sync to sync to google. Make sure you uncheck detect server automatically n the first active sync screen so you can manually enter the server address.
