Does anyone have a free application like the eWallet for keeping passwords, credit card info, login info, and such in a locked safe, or something or the sort?

I highly recommend KeePass. It's open-source, free, and ports are available for several OS's. The original program is for Windows and can be found at http://keepass.info, along with links to the other ports. Search the forums for "keepass" and you'll see it's been mention many times.
