Changing Weather Icons in MS3?

I have seen where a lot of people are changing the weather icons for Mobile Shell 3. Is there any way to get these animated (1 loop) icons from a Weather Panel theme as the icons for the Mobile Shell weather?

The icons are located in a thread over at xda...
