Best browser for "Blackboard" online college forums

Hey guys, I use the Blackboard forums for my college classes and haven't been able to find a browser for windows mobile that will render the pages properly. the best I have gotten is Opera but when I get to the java portion of the forums (the actual posts are in java) the posts do not show up. of course it is becaue of the java. I have tried Skyfire and pocket IE also but no luck. I thought for sure Skyfire would do the trick but for some reason the posts get cut off and more than half the page goes missing.

Do you have a recommendation as to a browser that will render the posts on Blackboard?

Thanks,
Keri

not sure what phone you have, but you could try Bolt. it's a pretty good browser that runs out of java like opera mini does. it doesn't work with a VGA screen though, so if you have a diamond or touch pro you'd be SOL.

Re: Best browser for "Blackboard" online college forums

thanks everyone. I forgot to include some info. I have a verizon xv6900 - touch. I haven't tried opera mini, just opera. my blackboard was upgraded recently and since then opera can't render the posts but everything else works. I am running version 9.5 build 1660. I am going to try both bolt and iris.

Was this the part of the page that wouldn't display correctly?

Nope, I could see the announcements, but the actual forum posts would not populate, like this:
