Today Plugins
Hey, folks. I searched for this, and i had to wade through 30 ft of unrelated crap before finding anything remotely useful, so i apologize if i'm making an unnecessary thread, but i just got second today on my Diamond (Get it....now) and am looking for a compiled list of the best today screen plugins and hopefully links to get them. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Right now i just have resco contacts and gpstoday.

Greetings. Today plugins hey? Well here's a few, but i guess it's all personal preference on what's good or not. The skyfire web browser has a today plugin search bar http://www.skyfire.com/ My favorite rss reader is spb insight, which is a paid app, but very nice http://www.spbsoftwarehouse.com/pock...tware/insight/ And then there's vtap, "watch any web video from your phone".

RSS hub also has a today plugin, but it sucks compared the spb one dschoenike mentioned.

Weather Panel is a must if you're a weather junkie. FYI, GPSToday also has a stand alone app which I prefer over the plugin.

What exactly is better about the standalone? does it still do automatic updates? Thanks for the replies, folks! Keep 'em coming! i'm eventually going to try them all!

Yes, it does automatic updates. I like it better because all the info is on one screen, current location, weather, etc.
