Looking for a Today Plugin to list notifications.

I have my phone configured to pop up a message box notification when I recieve an email, a text message, a missed call, or a voicemail. I like this featue but the message goes away too quickly. I was thinking it would be nice to have these messages populate a Today plugin. Maybe everytime I get a new notification it puts the contents in a plugin. Maybe in list format. Newest notifications on the top.

Ever seen anything like this??
