cow program

hey guys. i don't know if anyone has tried "Boîte Ã* Meuh". but i have a question about this program. i have some recordings of a supervisor from work that i replaced the "moos" with. i was wondering if anyone knows how to change the picture of the cow?
i was able to load the exe into notepad, and see that there are gifs and jpgs in the exe itself, but don't know if i can just edit that info...
