I just dumped the Diamond ROM from the HTC website. Here is the newest SprintTV included in it. I have included the cab for now. I will create an OEM in a minute.

the program itself looks the same, but for me the video quality is slightly better then the older versions.

No. Vogue is QVGA. This is from the Diamond, VGA.
