Win 6.5 phone dialer issue

Hello. First of all let me thank you all for this great forum. It sure is a great source of information. Second, I would like to ask for your help with one issue that makes my life hard. I have a Touch Cruise with WM 6.5 build 21202. When the phone rings on screen appear two sliders with Answer/Ignore. They work ok, but in the same time, the hardware buttons for Answer/Ignore are locked and I can't use it. And because I don't always slide well, sometimes I miss some calls. I would like to know if there is a way to unlock these buttons during call. Thank you.
