Can the Touch be used as GPS receiver for netbook?

Basically the title says it all. Just wondering if I can use the GPS capabilities of the Touch as a receiver for a netbook/notebook via Bluetooth or usb?

Re: Can the Touch be used as GPS receiver for netbook?

GPS2Blue looks really nice but I've been unable to get it working. I think the problem is the Toshiba bluetooth stack on my Vista machine. It doesn't recognice the serial port that GPS2Blue makes available on my Vogue.

I got GPSGate working but it's bulky and expensive. Required programs to be installed on my Vogue and my PC and plugins for Google Earth and web browser. And once it's running it seems the only way to stop it is to uninstall the plugins.

I'm going to keep working on GPS2Blue....
