Yes, it's just the skins and txt file.

Edit: Here's the txt file with white selected text if you want it.

Perfect! thanks. I'm going to change the background to gray too then I'll be set like before!

Also, thanks for the idea of using invert to get the harder selections.. that makes perfect sense! I'm going to retry those harder to edit keys using that tactic.

Also to all, I'm liking using the keyboard (even portrait) with the windows bar hidden as it drops the keyboard lower and gives me more screen, I don't mind hitting the toggle to get to the 'send' button. And in AIM/OZ I can just use the enter key...
One issue I'm having its getting skilled at toggling between keyboards, I get stuck going from TXT to whatever I used last whether it be digits or abc... I would like to just cycle between the 3 from any keyboard by pressing the layout button...somehow, when I do that it toggles between 2

i am aware of this issue but at the moment there is little that can be done
What my original intention was is to make the TXT layout INVISIBLE from the language button. However it is not yet possible..I asked Exidler to implement it in the next version if possible..It would make it a great improvement as then i will be able to make txt layouts for every language without causing a mess..

For the moment try this:
try changing the number of the txt skin to 99. for example skin-02-vga-land-99-predtxt
maybe that will help the situation a bit for now

EDIT:
Works well with VGA by Giannis86".
If using the "Arrows" version, be sure and download the "key_bottom_bar2" zip file and but the bmp into the "BnW_w69" folder.

ey just wondering if anyone else is finding out that the new 2.1.1 and 2.1.3 versions of the key board are a little laggy when the pop up time is set to 300ms? I wish they had like a 200 or 100ms option, but for now I have it set to none and it seems to have taken care of this......but yeah this is a great keyboard!
