It has already been stated, but I must do it again. This keyboard is BaNanaZ! Even better than the ones I paid for . Thanks! My biggest issue is the lag time when I am playing music via blue tooth while texting. That wi9ll be the real test later (after work). Thanks again!

go in2 config., tab: htc xt9, check text work suggestion. is that what you were referring 2?

there is also (i think on certain skins, maybe all, i dunno) a txt button in the KB if you click that a KB window pops in w/ like 24-25 pre written messages. but the things is you can change these to whatever you like in the txt file found, programs\fingereyb\skins\skin-01-predtxt.txt. so that way you could enter your most commom phrases, whatever.

I have one (dumb) question that I can't find an answer to in the FAQ, on the XDA threads, or in this thread:
How do I add one of the newer skins (like yellow_w69, for instance) to my existing installation. When I DL the cab and open it, the content seems to disappear and/or the skin is not available on the config menu.
Excuse my ignorance. I'd just like to make a great KB even greater.

Did you install Finger Keyboard on your device yourself or did you flash a ROM that already has it cooked in?

If you installed it yourself then you need to use the cabs from HERE or HERE.

If it's already included with your ROM then you need to use THESE cabs.

Look in Program Files (the one in the root directory NOT the one in internal storage) and see if there is a "Fingerkeyb" folder. If not, look in Windows and see if there is a "Skins" folder. Report back with what you find.

Actually, I'm looking for 'Word Completion'... Does the keyboard 'sense' what you are typing, and suggest the word so you don't have to type the whole thing?

install the disable xt9 cab and it should work. I couldn't get it to work on my touch pro until in installed the cab in the second post.
