Any tool to move files with a script like xcopyce?

This is what I'm trying to do. I install lot programs everytime I flash a new ROM using Sashimi. Once all my programs are installed I want to move around the links start menu to different sub folders.

Is there any way I can map the Windows Mobile storage on my computer using activesync (or any other methods)? If I can see it as a drive on my PC, I can write a simple batch file to move the startup links in a way I want.

OR Is there any program that I can insatll on my TP to move files around (like xcopyce to copy files)?

Yes, I use customlinks.ini. It work for most of the cabs. But I could not able to make it work with some games mega packs and mega arcades (which are collection of cabs).

I've heard about mortscripts, but I'm not familiar with them. Can we move files around using mortscript?

Thanks a lot. I think mortscript is solution for my problem. It seems we can do a lot with mortscripts, I'll spend some time in learning mortscripts.
