Don't know what's going on with the download links, but since I just got my site up and running, I put the files up there for download. No registration required. Go to the Downloads -> Windows Mobile -> HTC Home Customizer -> v0.8 (MortScript) and download the version you would like.

PocketEmu Software

Here are the direct links to the files:
HTC Home Customizer v0.8b
HTC Home Customizer v0.8b (Lite)

There's also some screenshots of v1.0 up there along with another little surprise in the download section.

One of the class files went corrupt when I tried to FTP it. Everything is back up on the site now.

Usually when the clock won't change that means the customizer is detecting the wrong install directory. This usually happens when you install two different versions of the plugin and one of them leaves some garbage behind. Best bet would be to do this:

-Disable then uninstall all versions of the HTC Home plugin from your device.
-Delete the folder \HTCHome on your device.
-Install the appropriate plugin for your Windows Mobile version OR let the customizer download and install it for you.
-Try to change your appearances again.

As far as the diff between regular and "Lite", the "Lite" version of v0.8 does not include any appearance sets (you can download them through the customizer) and the "Lite" version of the beta v1.0 only includes the Original sets. The regular versions include a sub-set of what's available through the Downloads option in the program.

Artanis,

That's a known problem with the Mogul. If the phone is in standby and on the charger, alarms will not go off until you turn it back on. My workaround is to set the screen to stay on all the time on external power and make sure the screen is on when I put it on the charger.
