Hi,

I've been keeping up with this thread as best I can; however, I'm still confused / torn about installing it, particularly as my phone is rock solid and I'm a bit afraid of messing up a good thing. I've searched for many of the questions I have, but have ended up more confused than before. So if someone can answer these questions, I'd appreciate it:

- I have an earlier build (19xxx). What are the implications of installing this to the older build? Is there a performance issue, or is it limited to menu buttons?

- I'm hesitant to flash a new ROM (I haven't done that since my PPC6700, IIRC). If the earlier build is a deal breaker, is there a ROM that would be the most recommended in order to be able to install TF3D2?

- I'm assuming that, if I need to flash a new ROM, there is no way to reinstall programs, etc. from a backup and I'd need to manually reinstall...is that true?
