Hi,

I've been keeping up with this thread as best I can; however, I'm still confused / torn about installing it, particularly as my phone is rock solid and I'm a bit afraid of messing up a good thing. I've searched for many of the questions I have, but have ended up more confused than before. So if someone can answer these questions, I'd appreciate it:

- I have an earlier build (19xxx). What are the implications of installing this to the older build? Is there a performance issue, or is it limited to menu buttons?

- I'm hesitant to flash a new ROM (I haven't done that since my PPC6700, IIRC). If the earlier build is a deal breaker, is there a ROM that would be the most recommended in order to be able to install TF3D2?

- I'm assuming that, if I need to flash a new ROM, there is no way to reinstall programs, etc. from a backup and I'd need to manually reinstall...is that true?

First off, thanks to all of you that have contributed to this...it's awesome!

I have installed everything and all seems to be working fine except, I have no calendar tab?

When I click on an appt it takes me to Outlook but if there is no appt and I hit "Calendar" it does nothing.

I also do not have a calendar tab or an option for calendar tab in settings.

Any ideas?

-I loaded to an earlier build sprint OEM ROM was buggy and a lot of stuff wouldn't work.

-Same here its been a long time since I flashed a ROM but what I experienced when I loaded this on the earlier build pushed me forward. I loaded this ROM<Link. So far its been stable and works very well with the Rhodium Manila everything works as far as I can tell.

-You are correct you will have to rebuild from scratch.

you can use a program like sashimi or if your rom is uc compatable you can avoid having to manually reinstalling your cabs

anyone know how to bring back the old start menu, this new start menu sucks pretty bad.

after you unzip the complete [package, one of the folders should be called "manila tweaks" or something of that nature. there should be a cab in there to disable it
