I'm sorry, I'm at work and dont have time to read through all of the posts, has a way been found to add cities to the weather? as of now that is the only thing that is not working for me, not a deal breaker but would be nice.

i'm able to add cities w/o issue, what version you on? i would update to v1b if you haven't already

Oh, hadn't even noticed there was a version 1b, you mean you can add custom cities right?? I just noticed I did not state that in my original post.

follow the instructions to install the whole thing, then once it's up and running install the fix and restart. The fix won't install everything.

Many of our old manila tweaks and hacks won't work, or will work a little differently with the new TP2 manila. I am starting this thread with the hope that we will have a centralized location for new tweaks, reg edits, hacks, customization cabs, etc...

Here is the reg edits to be able to remove the "locked" shortcuts from the new program launcher. Thanks to gamer007 for finding this over at XDA.

That can be fixed with a registry edit
Change "IsReadOnly"=dword:1 to "IsReadOnly"=dword:0
in the following"
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\HTC\Manila\ProgramLaun cher\0]

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\HTC\Manila\ProgramLaun cher\1]

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\HTC\Manila\ProgramLaun cher\2]

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\HTC\Manila\ProgramLaun cher\3]

Also you can also export the entire ProgramLauncher key to backup/restore your manila programs between hard-resets

So we are looking at about a week or so until this is pretty well polished I'm guessing? How is it running now for those who have taken the plunge?
