Here are some updates if you are unaware of how to fix them.
For CDMA Users experiencing the "NO SIM CARD BUG" when trying to reply to a new SMS, install matts2jz CDMA SMS FIX.cab attached below. Thanks to DHarvey and Matts2jz at XDA. |

so to install this, do you just d/l the new rar (v1b) and thats it or do you still need to install the fix cabs????

Re: Touch Pro 2 port 3/22/2009!

Re: Touch Pro 2 port 3/24/2009!
I'm sorry, I'm at work and dont have time to read through all of the posts, has a way been found to add cities to the weather? as of now that is the only thing that is not working for me, not a deal breaker but would be nice.
|
Re: Touch Pro 2 port 3/24/2009!
i'm able to add cities w/o issue, what version you on? i would update to v1b if you haven't already
|
Re: Touch Pro 2 port 3/24/2009!
Oh, hadn't even noticed there was a version 1b, you mean you can add custom cities right?? I just noticed I did not state that in my original post.

TP2 Manilla Specific tweaks/edits/hacks!!!
Many of our old manila tweaks and hacks won't work, or will work a little differently with the new TP2 manila. I am starting this thread with the hope that we will have a centralized location for new tweaks, reg edits, hacks, customization cabs, etc...
Please only use this thread to post this type of info... thanks! :) I will get us started: Here is the reg edits to be able to remove the "locked" shortcuts from the new program launcher. Thanks to gamer007 for finding this over at XDA. That can be fixed with a registry edit Change "IsReadOnly"=dword:1 to "IsReadOnly"=dword:0 in the following" [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\HTC\Manila\ProgramLaun cher\0] [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\HTC\Manila\ProgramLaun cher\1] [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\HTC\Manila\ProgramLaun cher\2] [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\HTC\Manila\ProgramLaun cher\3] Also you can also export the entire ProgramLauncher key to backup/restore your manila programs between hard-resets http://forum.xda-developers.com/imag...lies/smile.gif |
Re: [APP] XBmod Manila Rhodium (TP2) port~(BETA 1) + FIX V1B Released! 3.23.09
So we are looking at about a week or so until this is pretty well polished I'm guessing? How is it running now for those who have taken the plunge?

Re: TP2 Manilla Specific tweaks/edits/hacks!!!
Anybody know where the information for my stock tab is located? I have tried using CeRegistryEditor to locate the registry settings for it, but no success. I want this info so I can back my stocks up when I flash new roms.

Re: Touch Pro 2 port 3/24/2009!
How about a bug that doesn't mark the texts as read? Is that known? Or just me?

Here is an OEM of the working version of background4all, thanks to Daryelv...
*update* This version may cause your start menu to stop working. |
Re: Touch Pro 2 port 3/24/2009!

*Update* This is the tested and working Background4All cab courtesy of Showaco over at XDA. If you change wallpapers you must reset manila to get the new one to show up in landscape. This cab does not break the start menu.

Re: Touch Pro 2 port 3/24/2009!
Hi all,
I have the lower build as well (19972.7.2.7) and I was wondering if I should flash to a higher rom build now or if I should wait for a rom that includes this in the OEM? I have never flashed before so I dont want to have to do it several times. Is this expected to be included in a CDMA rom anytime soon? |

I didn't see this mentioned here yet and maybe the OP can keep an updated list running on compatible Rhodium Port Manila mods that will work. If you have tried to use the mun background for all pages doesn't work well. Here is a link at XDA that works with the Rhodium Port http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=487192 I am looking for a transparent slider that will work with this port. THis link right here has the cab to remove the top curtain http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...&postcount=461 I have seen someone say they removed the bottom curtain as well so I asked how they did that. When I get more information I will post it up.
Edit: here is a link for a Comm Manager skin http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...73#post3522873 |

Most of the "flip" clocks seem the work (standard ones) by using the manila files and (using TC to overwrite the existing ones) I have not tried cab versions yet either. In order for the auto rotation to work you need to download and install the diamond 2 sensor sdk app. http://www.everythingdiamond.info/downloads/Diamond2%20G-Sensor%20+%20app%20regs.cab |

It's pretty bug free on NRG's EnergyROM 2.0 which has it cooked in. It's got me using tf3d again. For now anyway....
|
Re: [APP] XBmod Manila Rhodium (TP2) port~(BETA 1) + FIX V1B Released! 3.23.09
I guess i'm gonna wait until everyone's saying it's bug free and not "almost bug free" or "pretty much bug free" lol. I plan on backing everything up, flashing the stock rom based on the 21000 or higher build, then installing this.
If I backup everything with spb backup, will that include my manila files? I don't want to restore something that will mess up the tf3d2. Also, the manila files I'm using now to set background on all pages, remove the curtains, and give me a transparent program tab, will they work on the new TF3d2? |
