As reported here, YouTube has released their own special YouTube App that runs on most WM devices..

For the download link visit m.youtube.com using Pocket IE... Or you can just install the .CAB file I uploaded below

Notable problems are no apparent way to store favorites and does not play in full screen. Hopefully they keep working on it.
