I was mainly just wanting the program for it's phone status & notification capabilities, like missed calls, sms, volume, etc. (yeah it works fine w.out this application but it looks neat, haha)

honestly s2u2 does all of this and can be skinned to look the same. Honestly I doubt anyone will develope since there are effective alternatives.

you'd need like a 400 frame gif to give the same randomness effect as this.

I don't see this coming to the tp anytime soon though. It would be cool to just have it as a stand alone app to play with.

Yeah, I think the gif idea is sort of unrealistic. Bummer though, it would have been fun to play around with.
