got all the new files on mine as well, and it hangs after

mmc1: new high speed SDHC card at address 8fe4

sorry guys, i cant test/troubleshoot anymore (dont have the tp anymore). You can try reverting back to a working version, then update just the zimage file and see if you can startup.

The way I'm looking at it is that if we get this ported I can save some money. I'm getting the new phone itch! If I can play with Android for a few months I wont have to buy the new Droid Phone.

Which, kernel have you all have success with. I've played with seemingly every combination possible, and cant seem to get a combination to boot.

ok so i followed the link for the original download on the first post ... from there i was able to find the last kernel before the latest

then updated my startup.txt as follows

set ramsize 0x6000000
set ramaddr 0x10000000
set mtype 2039
set KERNEL zImage
set initrd initrd.gz
set cmdline "root=/dev/ram0 init=/ console=tty0 mem=76M imgdevname=/dev/mmcblk0p1 imgdevnum=1 imgdir=/ msmts_calib=0x81.0x393.0x358.0x7D clock-7x00.a11=500 msmvkeyb_toggle=off"
boot

this boots into android and i can play with stuff, but no sound no phone, and no data of any sort.

Did you try the latest versions without any luck? i've also tried the package that you have working and havent had a sucessful boot. I'm hoping that a new kernal comes out soon to try.
