Ispoof/Change callerd ID
i heard of Ispoof a free utility that allow you to change the caller ID but is for the iphone. is there anything for the WM that does not require a plan?

Im not sure if there is anything for windows mobile. I would love to use it if there was. I have used

Several people have posted looking for such an app, but to no avail. Legislation is in the works to make caller ID spoofing illegal as well, so if you do find something, chances are it will be short lived. Looks like your stalking days are numbered.
