Exclamation SPB Backup & changing ROMS...

Okay, I'm still on the stock Sprint ROM (yes, I'm a n00b) and I am getting ready to make the jump to a new ROM, I got SPB Backup and now I need to know:

When I flash the new ROM, and use SPB backup to restore installed programs, registry hacks from AC, and the Probex Blue theme, will all of that be restored properly? The reason I ask is I have had to reinstall the Probex theme twice (switching between the black and white versions) which ended up duplicating the new comm manager, calendar and call history tabs, I want to get rid of the duplicates and also be able to load the new TF3D2 as it is soon to be released by XDA.

I also need to know which ROM I should flash, whether it be MIGHTY or something else, but it needs WM 6.1 Build 21000 or higher for compatibility with the upcoming stuff.

Make sure when you restore to use the ROM Upgrade Mode. This will restore everything except the registry settings unique to your previous ROM.

Okay, sounds easy enough. Thanks dude!

Now, where would I find a backup of the stock Sprint ROM, God forbid if I ever have to go back to it to take the phone in...?

Re: SPB Backup & changing ROMS...

The one thing I really want backed up and easy to restore is my Internet Connecting settings - will SPB do that?

Re: SPB Backup & changing ROMS...

It will, but there's no option to only back up those settings.
