C# (microsoft .Net framework 3.5) Have a look at the codeplex...

And even if I don't really like the way you blame (ok you didn't affirm, you just warn, but for "basic users" this is the same you know...) do not hesitate if any remarks/suggestion, I'll be happy to make this app better
