SPB Mobile Shell / P+ Integration

I saw this in a thread at spbclub.com.


Along with this: "Of course, since you have a maxium of 6 Large Tabs for Mobile Shell, and 6 more for P+, you can replace the third Dial Tab with P+, and in this way, you actually gain 5 more Tabs."

My question is, how do I do this? I have MS and Pocket Plus and cannot seem to get Pocket Plus to a) show me 6 tabs or b) insert a tab that is Pocket Plus.

Anyone have any suggestions?
