Cash Organizer 2008 Premium

I am considering Cash Organizer 2008 Premium software. However, I have concerns about transmitting financial information through my phone. Does anyone use this software? Is there encryption in the software that will protect my information?
Thanks!

Re: Cash Organizer 2008 Premium

Been using it & SpbFinance for years. You are really not transmitting anything over the phone at all. You don't need to provide any detrimental info to the program to use it (no bank info, no acct. #s), just your balances.

You can set it up to sync with MSMoney (and Quicken I believe) and that's the only time the info gets off your phone - but only as far as your pc.

I don't even put relevant info on my MSMoney and I don't use the online features they provide. don't need it.

Hope this helps.

BTW: Both my spouse & I use these programs on our pdas and sync them - so we always know how much we have in the acct. The quick Entry screens are a breeze to use while at the store!!!

Re: Cash Organizer 2008 Premium

Thanks for the comments! I figured nobody would use a software that did create such a risk but I thought I would get some feedback just in case.

I also use this software, its great. You can set up multiple accounts and password protect them. Its finger friendly and it doesn't send anything over the internet.
