Re: Texting From my PC
Try mdesktop. It should do the job. I know you can connect through USB and do it. But I don't know about BT. I thnk the trick might be to get an activesync connection on BT and then it should work.

Re: Texting From my PC
My Mobiler http://www.mtux.com/ will let you do most anything that you would do from your TP right on your computer. So when you text, you REALLY text from the device. People won't get a weird "from" address, just a normal text from your TP.

The Mymobiler was exactly what I was looking for except for I would rather be using a bluetooth connection rather than a hard wired activesync.

Re: Texting From my PC
Like Geekcop said above with DASHWIRE you can text from your pc and you can get the text there as well, doesnt use BT but if you set up a free DASHWIRE account you be able to do that.Hope that helps.

Re: Texting From my PC
I have a program called Voice Gateway that came with my Windows XP. It pretty much just turns my mic and speakers on my pc into a bluetooth headset. I do a lot of texting while im on my computer and what I really wanted was something like an instant message type that pops up when i recieve one making it easier to reply with my keyboard instead of having to use my phone.
