Back Up Program
I need to do a hard reset on my phone, and I would like to back everything up, including contacts and files. Can anyone tell me where I can find a free application to do this, and where I can find the .cab file.

SPB Backup 2.0 is the best out there IMO. They have a trial on their website. I would buy it though. You wont regret it.

+1 on SPB Backup. The free trial gives you 5 backups, so you don't have to buy it for a while. Does the job, and has a desktop sync for the backups in case your SD gets corrupted, phone gets lost or whatever. Supports ROM upgrades and device changes/upgrades so you can keep your stuff no matter what. In my top 5 of must-have programs.
