To All You Programmers

Anybody have any interest in creating a simple notes program that would allow you to password protect files that contain usernames, bank accounts etc....I know of a few programs out there, but I'm cheap when it comes to paying for applications......

If you're cheap when it comes to paying for applications, then you definately don't want to go down the road of commisioning an application. Building software that works well takes time and time is not cheap. In many cases, applications geared toward a specific narrow purpose will cost between $15 and $100. How much of a developer's time can you get for that?
