Muting Alarms during calls

Is there a hack or small program that will mute or give a small tone on incoming alarms..sms..v/m ...when u are talking on the phone...?

i hate when i am in a conversation and have alarms going off on the phone..

i know phonealarm application has an option to do that ... but i didnt want to install such a heavy featured program just for that one option

i cant see that there is nothing out there for this... there def has to be a hack... people just havent posted yet ... haha
