No problems on my end but (Not trying to be an a**) u do have to take in consideration that this is beta software....

Just for an FYI, from Microsoft:
"The My Phone service will be not be available on May 18 to enable deployment of a service upgrade. During this maintenance period, you will be unable to access the My Phone web site or to sync your phone with the service. We apologize for any inconvenience."

Not sure if this is the cause of the issue you are having.

Even when there was a "waitlist" It was only like 1-2 days when I did mine. Nice to hear it is open now.

great backup program all thou i wish you had better control over what was backed up say my docs then to be able to check what is backed up other than that great program

The technology is growing. For those who do not sync against an Exchange Server, this would be a great alternative.
