Question Slide to speaker?

I installed the slide to answer .cab and am loving it so far, haven't had any issues with it. But i did run into a few desireable things that could either complicate or benefit. I did do searches for these things and the site doesn't recognize them as valid searches. Is there also a slide to end .cab that can go hand in and with slide to answer? And last one was perhaps an expansion of slide to answer that when answering a call you can slide it directly to speakerphone (great for driving when your hands free isn't connected). It's just a thought? Anyone?

Re: Slide to speaker?

Slide to end would be pointless because why slide when you can just press? It makes sense for answering because it's in your pocket or what have you where it can be pressed by accident. That being said, with the recommended settings, the screen is off once you're in a call. In order to end a call, you'd have to turn on the screen using the hardware button, then slide to end... this doesn't make sense when I can just press the hardware button to end it.

As for the slide to answer to speaker... no one wants to hear you on speakerphone by accident at the worst of times

Re: Slide to speaker?

not to fuel any fire, but what about those that have the phone in their pocket with a BT headset and can hit the end key by accident? Actually, this happened on different model phones with raised call/end buttons (Kaiser, Herald), but it seems like it would be tougher on the TP as they are flush.....

There's also a reason you have been thanked 0 times in 0 posts. Why ridicule someone for asking about a feature they are interested in? Just because you may not think it would be useful for you, doesn't mean that is the case for everyone else.
