Here is a good review of KeePass, a simple yet extremely secure way of keeping track of usernames, passwords, pin numbers, etc.... It is open source and free.. You can download the app here for the latest version...

This has been mentioned in a few other posts. I thinks its freaking awesome. I have been using for it quite some time. Its usually one of the first apps to get installed after a hard reset. Highly recommended.
