Application or tool to measure current cpu speed?

I'm sure this has been covered, but I can't seem to find any info on apps that measure the current cpu speed of a PPC (in my case, running 6.1)

Any suggestions?

I "think" coreplayer or tcpmp has a benchmark feature that'll show your cpu speed. I've used both, but forget which one shows the speed.
