The screen flickers a little, because it is re-drawing the screen, but not much. Kinda looks the same as when you scroll up on a page that is at the bottom, and it "bounces".

Over at XDA they have a way to add screens. I am going to try to make a new Pro screen that is just like the old one, only editable, and with side scrolling options. I'll get back to you if it works.

Thanks just tried it and now i won't be switching to pro accidentally. Great idea about having a customizable pro screen. Also, let me know if you figure out how to have only one lifestyle screen, so that there's no flickering if you accidentally flick up/down. What happens if you delete the pro folder?

Is there an easy way to edit or change built in icons? I configured the first panel for Lifestyle Home so it looks just like Professional Home except I added the wireless manager and it just sticks out like a sore thumb. I found that the .dat files in the Program Files folder contain bitmaps that I'm guessing contain icons, but they're password protected. I'm just looking for a more subtle low key icon but I have no idea how I'd assign it to the wireless manager.

hklm/software/spb software house 2/spb mobile shell/widgets/homescreen
change "pagecount" to desired number

I got mins set to 5 and it works great!

If anyone has any cool backgrounds for 3.0 I started a new thread to post em' in.

The issue I was having was with adding to My Shortcuts, but with this I added more panels to Lifestyle Home so it works just as well, thanks!

Im using spb weather 2.1.1 from their official site and it works well and opens when I click the weather icon but the icon itself shows a question mark in the box and a N/A below.
Could it be cause Im using a custom icon? The square glass lookin one.
I forgot to back up the 3 weather files before replacing them, could someone please zip them up and post em for me?

When pics for contacts are selected through Facebook integration they won't be remembered if you flash the phone... Agghhh... Looks like I will have to continue to use the built in way... It looks like they don't get imported to outlook... :(

That's strange. Mine synced to outlook just fine. My problem is that if I change the picture through SPB, that person's contact will be at the top of my contacts in outlook. Pretty weird. For Example, Mandy will be above the A's. It will be like that on my phone as well. Mandy is the first contact, even before Adam.

Also, on the manilla favorite tab, the contacts are usually listed alphabetically. However, Mandy is first on the list.

Ok... I just flashed my phone again... I will give it another try then since it is working for you...

I do not have the issue that you mention though...

I'm trying to recreate the professional screen on the lifestyle screen as well. However, I haven't been as close to being successful as you. Getting the digital clock with weather, the indicators for messaging, events for the day - not at all. Some help, please?
