LOL, thx. :drunken:

If anyone wants to try and make it look better, feel free. Here's the bitmap from the 192.

The browseui.dll has NO resources in it. However, somewhere between 21815 and 21820 an additional resource was added to browsres.192.dll ,or browsres.96.dll, depending on your device, but there has been no official QVGA/96 DPI leak for a bit.

Indeed, browsui doesn't have any resources but replacing it correctly displays the controls as they were in 21815 and earlier.

I'll also try your fix. Thanks.

Ahh, I see what you mean. That's probably because browseui is the what is calling the DPI files. If you notice, the Lock icon and Stop icon used to be colored (bitmap resource 4594), now they are not. So it would appear that MS added the those new icons as an additional resource (4605) to the dll and changed the code in browseui to call the new resources. (The old icons are still in the browseres.dpi.dll)

Updated my post again. This time the 96DPI is built from the nice fresh release Da_G just posted. This will fix the IE issue (buttons look better than mine now). I ran these through a quick build on PPCKitchen, no problems/errors/warnings building.

Neither of them appear in QVGA. I wonder if it requires the DPI96 files from 21234 or some other branch instead?

EDIT: Oops, sorry, I meant the buttons at the top are not appearing, such as the Enter icon and Lock icon. I don't have my qvga device with me now but I think the bottom toolbar with the Back button and others are there.

Here you go buddy try these,
P.S. search for skip_ files:mrgreen:

Hi friends, since 21820 my roms doesn't boot. I follow the process as usual. I'm using platformrebuilder and split the sys in common files, 96dpi files and 0C0A files. I'm just change the common and cook. As i said, since 21820 the rom doesn't boot, it's just show the first screen and freezes. I am missing something?

EDIT: Is not the XIP. I cooked an old sys with new XIP and works well.

Hi Guys,

which folders do i have to recmmod or even file specific, to get flash to work because i cant never get it to work recmoding all browsing folders, only the DLLs and EXEs that are dismantled within this folders are the ones that i'm recmodding. am i missing a regedit or something? this is all done on a virgin SYS. Thanks in advance guys.

i forgot to mention that i'm also recmodding the 3 flash folders.
