You can download Da_G's kitchen from XDA and use that. Make sure to add Wince.nls file to the sys and you should be good to go.

Thank you so much Vickylife, and thank you to everyone here. I just cant get this xip thing figured out, though I did the search and read up on it in a post by gguruusa (thank you), but still am missing something. Can someone please help me with this.
Anyhoo, I have this site figured out now, and the basics down, so thanks to everyone I clicked thanks on already, don't know if it tells you who clicked thanks, since i cant remember some names, will start thanking by name in posts, just was newer to this site.

BTW, on the 21202 SYS I have (thanks Anryl), I had to seperate the files, and put them in little by little for the g'reloc to go through, if that helps anyone.

also, here is a titan teaser for anyone interested, pretty stable, if you are confused that sound won't turn on, start/settings/system/hardware switch. if you change it back to controll wifi, uncheck act like hardware switch or your wifi will powercycle constantly. soft reset once after first boot so that everything can set itself up

http://dan-vogue-titan.ppckitchen.org/titan_21202.rar

oh yeah, forgot to mention carrier, it's build for metroPCS, should not be an issue to just install a carrier cab.. but I don't know for sure

Thanks for this Dan-htc-touch. Is their a way you can make one without all of the apps you have installed, and just have a fresh copy? That would be awesome. Its stable and working, 21mb of free space.

I finally got one to cook up. Where is the new Today screen plugin? Also, my start button does not work. I am building another one right now to address that, but any ideas?

Update: I am able to get the start button to work IF i cook in HTC Task Manager and click on the htx task manger icon, but I get know honeycomb. It's some really retro fly outs for EVERYTHING. Any ideas?

OK. I should've been more clear. You can grab that kitchen and copy that sys over to your favorite kitchen. I personally use Calk's kitchen and it works great. Make sure you copy over wince.nls file from your previous sys. You can grab the ROM folder I have posted and copy it over to your kitchen and cook it if you are using Calk's kitchen and have CDMA Diamond. If you are cooking with PPC Kitchen, then you can grab XIP dan-htc-touch posted earlier and cook it that way.

This was the solution I posted eariler (you could have searched):

Code:

; Show Power Settings when you click on battery icon
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Shell\TaskBar]
"LimitedClock"=dword:1
"ConsistentClockOrBattery"=dword:0

Re: WM 6.5 Kitchen QVGA and VGA Developer Edition

Ive got 21202 running nicely on cdma touch pro.Only issue I see is none of my widgets function (money, live search, weather) as I press the start menu icon and nothing happens. I searched the sys files of 21198 and 21202 and nothing seems to have changed other than the dsm build. I also tried executing the widget installer from /windows and it just poped up error but didn't act like anything was missing. Anyone know a fix?

Re: WM 6.5 Kitchen QVGA and VGA Developer Edition

dan-htc-touch, can you post the working ROM folder for the Titan? After I dumped out your XIP for 21202, I try to build with it, G'Reloc crashes. I've narrowed it down to the nk.exe (i.e. where nueKernel lives). I can build fine from a NON nueKernel nk.exe.

what do you mean dumped out xip?
you need to insert the xip I posted, if you try to do anything, dump and rebuild, you will get a blank screen no first splash

Could it be that your are using mreloc instead of wmreloc? If you are getting integer overflow message, it is likely that you need to use wmreloc.

Re: WM 6.5 Kitchen QVGA and VGA Developer Edition

21202 for the Titan is posted.

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=497303

Reg edit done up...still have an issue with the Wireless Manager link out of the shoot. Install "Wireless Manager Fix" Cab in Post number 2 at that link. Hassome work, but Beta 1.0 is up. I used the SYS from the link that ConFlipper posted, the same one I mirrored earlier. Using Dan's XIP's again, and DeCiBeL played a big roll in this build

By the way, other than XIP errors and WinCELS_WWE missing (we have looked at these two, and the txt files that were made for PPCKitchen), what else can cause a Touch Pro to lock up on the Sub Splash (ie, fail to boot)?

G'Reloc works fine after you manually relocate ~100 modules. At least in the Chinese released one ConFlipper Posted. haven't tried Dan's SYS on this one.

I was wondering.. any reason you don't use wmreloc? It relocates fine for me every time, so why keep using G'reloc?

Greloc works great. I have explained the simple process I use before, here I will give an update.
Simply just remove the six browsing folders, do the greloc, put back the folders removed, greloc again, and you are done. All these take about 2 minutes.

Secondly if using these procedure greloc tells you it cannot open a file, exit greloc, open greloc, and DO IT. It will go through. This has worked for me for all SYS posted.

Finally for the 21202 SYS that conflipper linked greloc had issue with the mui in the Skybox folder, replace the two skybox folders with the ones from whatever build you have, before you greloc. It is that easy.

If this works for you, let me feel you.

OK, nice guide .. but why bother even doing all those things when WMRELOC works flawlessly? (for me at least..) Anyone has problems with WMRELOC?

AFAIK there is also a dummy G'reloc exe that calls WMRELOC so kitchens can be fully automated..

Well, the kitchen I am using is ervius. It needs all the crap from within the XIP as WELL as the payload. I am using ervius kitchen 4.7, but I don't have much experience with it. Currently, it wants most of the dumped XIP files in ROM\SHARED and ROM\TITAN\21202 with the payload in ROM\TITAN. I am able to get it to build and boot with an original nk.exe folder, just not with the modifiled nk.exe with nueKernel. I am obviously doing something wrong then, any pointers?

Anyone have a 21202 QVGA SYS with working SMS?

If not, a VGA SYS will suffice.. and I'll just change the DPI files to DPI 96 (unless that is the root of the SMS problem)....

THE SMS bug is located somewhere in con's posted 409 qvga(96) if i use my 409 qvga from 21198 (409VGA+96 0804) the bug is not there

Thanks guys, I did try the 21198 96 DPI, but didn't make the SMS work for 21202, and then tried the 0409.. which didn't work. I guess now I'll try both together :D

PPCKitchen has G'Reloc embeded, and I am tweaking BuildOS enough as it is...G'Reloc works as long as you take a little time with it. Unless there is a very simple way to force WMReloc down the throat of PPCKitchen BuildOS, I will be continuing thisway for now......That's my only reason, plus I have never used WMReloc. Sometimes older is better.

The SMS in the QVGA's I have done has worked, but MMS has not been there. Been using the Arcsoft CAB in post #2 of my Titan thread....we now have an Arcsoft CAB for Sprint posted as well as the Verizon Arcsoft.....has worked everytime for me.

Anyone seen any major bugs on 21202? Other than a few minor tweaks to the Titanium_*.cpr file for the Font Size, the same Power Settings issue as 21198, and the same issue with the Wireless Manager Icon in Settings/System giving the certificate error.....I haven't found much of anything to pull my hair out about.

Which device?

DeCiBel and I got 21202 booting on his Touch Pro Last night. He said there is some clean up to do, but he's been running it today for the initial test. It was build in PPCKitchen BuildOS using my <SYS_21202_Common> and dan_htc_touch's <SYS_21202_192DPI_0409> (well, the lang and DPI files from his SYS), and also using dan's XIP for the Herman. dan also helped alot in answering questions to get the ball rolling!

This Build has been a team effort all the way around, VGA and the QVGA! Good thing since my PC was down most of the weekend with a fried port on my RAID card, lost 2 HHD's (empty one's, thankfully), but the safey's kicked in on the mother board and had us thrown for a loop for a while!
