For CHome when I get an Exchange email the icon is replaced by a red X.

For the lock screen it will not display a notification for Exchange email and will remove any other notification I have. If I leave the lock screen other notifying objects like CHome show the items.

Any idea on what might be causing this? I have checked the cpr files and they look OK near as I can tell.

blazingolf, I see you have a Samsung Omnia .. one question - do you have any problems with the optical mouse cursor? On the EU Omnia and i780 we get scrabled graphics :(

the one titled "sys" is 21806 and of course 21806xip is the xip
one thing thou, it might be missing "WinCENLS_WWE" from the sys so you might also want to download the 21731 sys from this post: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showpost.p...postcount=4692
and overwrite the files with the ones from 21806.
i had a heck of a time figuring out why it wasnt booting (about 15+ flashes) till i found that out.

Now Im really confused. I grabbed the files you speak of but the sys opens to reveal folder after folder of common and 0409 folders and the xip in the ppc kitchen uses a .bin file. Have you used these in the ppckitchen or am I just missing a couple steps?

Thanks. I was trying to get a true fix and not a work around but it is looking more and more like I will have no choice. Doing this takes away the highlight feature the panel has when you get a mail.

No, it works pretty well. At least with the stock cursor as I have not tried others.
