Well here are the 21176 XIP & SYS, managed to get them from that Raysource thing.
The SYS can be found @ http://rapidshare.com/files/207147033/SYS_21176.rar

Good luck!

Please review the posts before you post duplicate Links. Y'all keep toying with my emotions when you are posting like this and making me think there is a working 21176 XIP out there all prettied up that I can use. I have the files that have been posted previously, but for some unknown reason (at this time) I cannot figure out why my Boot.rgu and os.nb.payload is not working and leaving me stuck at the second sub splash screen.

FYI, there are A LOT of duplicate files in the 21176 SYS that was provided!

google translation says that this is not full, but as i understood, there is only rgu missing. anyway, this is QVGA and 0804 language, tried to download from rayfile but for sys there is no http link, xip is downloaded ok, and raysource client does not want to install, it says smth in chinese and fail, anybody please reupload

jakdillard, downloading, will try now.

alex2,
sorry i was confused you're working with xip not sys. i was too motivated to participate into this thread to which i owe a lot because it was my registration day yesterday. by the way i solved sys reloc problem by replacing those modules with the same ones from other kitchen or with files rather than modules. just for your ref.
sorry again for bothering you.

I also ran into exactly same problem and I also resolved the issue by turning modules into files using recmod.exe. Once I turn enough modules into files, kitchen complied rom without any issue.

and what will be if i remove netcf3_5?

Without the .NET 3.5CF, some programs, such as Advanced Config Tool, will not work right, if at all. This is your .NET Compact Framework.

So that explains why you have been Missing in Action! I had a similar issue back during Build 21159. I hope you have plans to build the 21176 XIP for the Titans when you get back up... Unless I get lucky and some how figure it out before you get the computer issue taken care of. I move to using a desktop machine for this, I've already killed two laptops in the past 60 days! I now have a BIG cooling fan on my CPU to be on the safe side.

HI JD,

Will this work with your latest kitchen? Can I just replace the SYS folder from that kitchen with this SYS?
